    The hotel is clean, with understanding personal, and offers marvellous and fab location adjacent to main railway station and the Metro, additional areas and the traffic-subway or trains or something else-whatever. The rooms are huge and exceptionally clean and include an electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware.

    We thoroughly enjoyed nice hot and delicious breakfasts and lovely views!

    The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a nice enough area, adjacent to Via del Corso, Via del Babuino, Via Condotti. The service was welcoming, that made the property stylish place.

    The room was huge and spotlessly clean, with exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet in the bathroom. The hotel staff was courteous and welcoming.

    Room descriptions could be clearer to avoid unpleasant surprises!!! The noise from the surrounding areas needs serious attention to ensure a restful stay!!! Wi-Fi reliability is far below expectations for a hotel of this caliber!!!

    We spent 7 nights in a Junior Suite and loved everything from the cozy tiny biscuits left on the bed to the refreshing fruit water at reception. The spa had a great steam room and relaxing massages that really helped us unwind after busy days. The only small hiccup was that our room was a bit smaller than we expected, but it didn't take away from the experience at all 😊

    excellent service but room for improvement

    The staff impressed us with their warmth and attention to our needs. Ms. Irene at reception were really nice too help us address our specific requests. The gym surpassed our expectations, fully equipped for an intense workout.

    The room decor felt slightly outdated compared to the rest of the hotel.

    Clean hotel with modern design.

    Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room I was assigned was small, cramped, and not as advertised. I faced issues with the air conditioning, which they said was hotel policy to keep at a certain temperature. The telephone didn't work, forcing me to go downstairs for every issue I encountered. That lack of communication added unnecessary stress to my stay.
